Project Management
Running a civil infrastructure project without dedicated client-side management is a risk most organisations can't afford. Budgets drift, contractors fill the vacuum, and by the time problems surface they're expensive to fix.
We step in as your project manager and take ownership of delivery. You get a single point of accountability managing the full lifecycle from planning and design through procurement, construction, and handover. That includes setting and holding the programme, managing cost against budget, coordinating consultants and contractors, running stakeholder engagement, and keeping governance reporting current so decision-makers always have what they need.

Construction Management
On some projects, appointing a single main contractor isn't the right move. Whether the design is still evolving, the programme is tight, or you want genuine visibility over where your money is going, the Construction Management model puts you in a stronger position.
Instead of paying a main contractor to manage trades on your behalf, you contract them directly. We act as your Construction Management agent, coordinating all trade packages, managing the programme, administering contracts, and keeping health and safety oversight in place across the site. The margin layers come out. The control stays with you.
You get the coordination and expertise of an experienced project manager without handing over the keys to a head contractor. For the right project, it's a smarter way to build.
Contracts Management
A construction contract is only as good as the way it's administered. Poorly managed contracts drift, generate disputes, and leave clients exposed on cost and programme.
We administer contracts under NZS 3910:2013 and NZS 3910:2023, holding the formal roles of Engineer to Contract, Contract Administrator, or Independent Certifier depending on your contract structure. That means managing payment claims, assessing and responding to variations, processing extensions of time, maintaining the contract register, and making formal determinations when required. Everything is documented, defensible, and done on time.
If a dispute arises, you'll have a complete paper trail and someone who knows exactly where you stand.
Cost Management and Engineer's Estimates
Before you go to market, you need to know what your project should cost. Without a reliable number, budgets get set on instinct, tender returns are difficult to evaluate, and cost problems tend to surface at the worst possible time.
We prepare Engineer's Estimates and quantity take-offs that give you a grounded, realistic view of project cost before tender. During construction, we provide cost tracking and review services so you can see where spend is sitting against forecast and act early if something is heading the wrong way. Where the scope calls for specialist quantity surveying input, we bring in the right people and manage that process on your behalf.
You end up with cost certainty at the front end and cost control throughout, not a surprise when the final account lands.
Procurement and Tendering
Who you appoint to build your project shapes everything that follows. A poorly structured tender attracts the wrong contractors, creates ambiguity in the contract, and sets up cost and programme problems before a spade hits the ground.
We manage the full procurement process from strategy through to award. That includes market analysis, procurement planning, tender documentation, pre-qualification, addenda management, tender evaluation, and contract negotiation. We've run single-contract
procurements and multi-stage panel processes for local government clients, and we structure every tender to attract quality responses and give you a clear, defensible basis for award.
